Seating on the coach is assigned two days before the tour departs. Seats are assigned from front to back in the order that we receive deposits. Anderson rotates seats on most multiple day tours. The tour director reserves the right to not rotate on low milage days, and the number of seats moved are at the tour director’s discretion. However on shorter tours, travelers will not fully rotate around the coach. Special seating requests require a doctor’s excuse submitted in advance to the home office.
